Indulging self-caricature, Mr. Doggy Dogg closed his funniest year yet with the auto-tune extravaganza Make America Crip Again and oversaw a minor summer triumph with "Mount Kushmore," starring the Forefathers of Kush in appropriately minimal, cheaply-produced anime/Boondocks-style action. We tried to read their lips, but it just said "meap meap meap."
