The Hum We Have

NEW HUM!!!!!!

#HOPE

hum vids

Hum Mix 2015 starts now. It also ends now.

We're too lazy to start Hot Mix 2014 now so we'll start it tomorrow morning or something and have it continue throughout the week. It'll be good.

But yeah, kick off this fresh new year week / end of 1st weekend of the year with Downward is Heavenward era because we dunno why just do it.

"Thought Ballune" / Kellii Scott appearing on HUM tribute comp

oh SHIT. these dudes are soundin tight. Weirdly enough I just heard this song for the first time last night ... less than 24hours ago..

Also not related to this video at all, but I didn't feel like making a fresh new post... No word on whether The Brontosaur still exists, or whether they've existed at all since their 2008 self-titled release.. However, their drummer (ex-Failure member) Kellii Scott seems to be involved in a new project called TENT and we couldn't be more excited.. Much like The Brontosaur, minimal information is available via Google searches, except that TENT has contributed a cover of "Little Dipper" to a forthcoming HUM tribute comp that we're excited as shit to hear. More info soon hopefully.....

next time we make out we're listening to this

There were lost of unintentional omissions from the 90's Jams list, and I'm already noticing 1 or 2 that I wished I had reconsidered.. Actually, there's only really one.. Somehow, "Everyday Struggle" seemed like a better choice than anything by Jay-Z.. This is the song that would've been included...

Although I don't know what Hum song might have fit best, Downward Is Heavenward often comes close to surpassing Siamese Dream in its most breathtaking moments, especially this one...
